Nice hotel with great staff Positive: Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Negative: Some windows were completely open without any way to close and others had wooden shutters with gaps meaning there is lots of opportunity for bugs to get in. Even with a mosquito net we were bitten. Also, the ceiling fans were very dirty.

Positive: El gusto por la decoración. La cama era cómoda. El tamaño de la habitación era enorme. Negative: Teníamos el altavoz de una mezquita enfrente y a las 5am te despertaban con un volumen excesivo. No es algo del alojamiento pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta. Es una ciudad Muslim

Beautiful stay, worth it however not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing and quiet stay. Positive: The rustic and authentic look of the place! Absolutely loved the pool downstairs. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Negative: There were lots of flies! The mosque is right next door to the property and therefore it was super loud. There was no hot water in the shower.

Fabulous Positive: Cleanliness Helpful staff Location close to the centre Negative: Loud mosque nearby Swimming pool didn’t have circulating water, it was just stagnant and very very cold

Magical Positive: The property is in ideal location, brilliant Swahili architecture with an indoor swimming pool that was a plus as I had travelled with my wife. Negative: The heat was unbearable and the fans couldn’t help much.
